Product return policy
You may return the products you have purchased and request a refund if you are not satisfied with their quality due to defects, deterioration, or damage.
The return must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order and must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase.
If, for any reason, the product or products you received appear defective or below your expectations, please contact us first before proceeding with the return.
If the purchase was made by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to an account designated by the customer, immediately after the returned products have been received and inspected.
For security reasons, refunds will only be made to a bank account held in the name of the same person who placed the order.
The refunded amount does not include shipping costs or any return charges imposed by the carrier, unless the return is due to the fault of Escargot de Crete or the products were damaged during transport to the final recipient. In such cases, the customer will not be charged any related costs.
Upon receiving your package, we recommend that you carefully inspect the condition of the products.
